Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Dog Daycare Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and engaging with dogs of various breeds and sizes in our outdoor daycare environment. You will work closely with a team of 20 staff members to ensure the well-being, safety, and happiness of our furry guests.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor dogs during playtime to ensure safe and appropriate interactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized daycare area, including regular sanitation and waste disposal.
- Assist with feeding, administering medications, and attending to any special needs of dogs as instructed by their owners.
- Lead group activities, such as games, walks, and training exercises, to provide mental stimulation and physical exercise for dogs.
- Communicate effectively with dog owners regarding their pets' behavior, activities, and any concerns.
- Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with dogs in a daycare, kennel, veterinary clinic, or similar setting is preferred.
- Passion for working with animals and providing exceptional care and attention.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail and safety.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Physical fitness and stamina to handle dogs of all sizes and energy levels, including lifting and restraining when necessary.
- Flexibility to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $12.00 - $15.00/hour.
