Dog Bather/ Dog Washer Part Time - Tuesday and Wednesday

WHO WE ARE: High growth pet-care services company seeking hard-working, motivated, pet-loving individual to join ambitious dog grooming team to continue to provide some of the best grooming services in Boston.

WHO WE ARE HIRING: We are seeking a bright, energetic full-time/ part-time talented Bather. Willingness to learn is essential. We are looking for an individual who works hard, pays close attention to detail and has a genuine love of pets. You are skilled in client communication and responsiveness, transparency, and delivering our pets comfort and happiness. You will take time to learn about your pets and their owners and how we can make their experience with Boston Dog Butlers exceptional.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: This role is for someone interested in a career in the pet-care industry. We will train those who demonstrate exceptional work ethic and commitment to our clients, pets, and team members. Daily responsibilities include: preparing stations and shampoos, bathing and drying dogs perfectly, supporting our groomers, cleaning the shop, and making sure our dogs are as comfortable as possible.

COMPENSATION:

• Hourly wages ($15-16 / hour base)
• Consistent Tips (typically results in $5-6 / hour incremental pay | very affluent neighborhood with exceptional track record of clients tipping)
• $500 sign on bonus for experienced bathers paid out throughout the year/starting after 2 month probationary period
