Seeking Camp Counselors who are hard-working, observant, reliable, LOVE DOGS, and are TEAM PLAYERS. Must be willing to clean up messes, supervise large play groups, feed and monitor health and behavior. Attention to detail is a MUST!
Prior experience in a veterinarian's office or hands-on pet care facility is preferred but not required.
Candidates must be able to regularly stand for extended periods, tolerate loud noises, occasionally lift at least 40 pounds, bend, stretch and work in and around pet hair and dander. Must also be very observant and be able to work in all weather conditions. This is NOT just playing with dogs all day. It is a very demanding position both physically and mentally.
We are a doggie day care and overnight boarding facility that cares for dogs 365 days a year including Saturdays, Sundays, and every holiday. We are busiest during the summer and holidays. If you are not able to work during these times, DO NOT APPLY for a position with us.
Multiple shifts available. Weekend availability a must! Shifts are 6:00 am-1:00 pm or 1:00 pm-8:00 pm but shorter on weekends and holidays.
