JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate Degree preferred or 2 to 3 years of experience related to, or in Quality Management Systems applicable to the Information Technology, Telecommunication, Manufacturing, and/or the Logistics, Warehousing and Distribution industries.
- Ability to identify problems focusing on continuous improvement and initiate Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions utilizing Quality Tools such as Survey, Gap Analysis, Pareto Analysis, Fish-bone Diagrams, 5-Why, and Process Mapping for fact-based decision making.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy aiding in the ability to solve practical and abstract problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Professional and self-motivated with the ability to establish priorities and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead/mentor, influence, collaborate, and build relationships with others.
- Experience in Project Management.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP software/systems a plus.

JOB SUMMARY: The Documentation Specialist collaborates with other internal teams to drive process standardization/best practice, waste elimination, cost reduction, risk reduction, and continual performance improvement primarily encompassing our internal Supply Chain Cross Functional Operations Teams. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, along with the ability to effectively apply and teach Quality principles and concepts in a challenging and diverse work environment. This position typically reports to a Quality Manager within the Quality Department under the Supply Chain Operations umbrella. This role is essential to WWT's desire to become the best technology solutions provider in the world.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect, trend and analyze internal performance metrics assisting Leadership and Team Members with operational data measurement, analysis, and actions.
- Train WWT staff in QMS, applicable ISO 9001 requirements, Quality concepts, tools, and processes.
- Assist in the development of procedures, work instructions, forms, and other documents.
- Work with necessary parties, internal and external, to solve Customer, Supplier, product and service level issues.
- Assess processes, identify improvement opportunities, participate in and apply process improvement efforts.
- Initiate and facilitate CAPA meetings (Corrective Action / Preventive Action) to drive Containment, Root Cause, and effective Corrective Actions to mitigate recurrence.
- Assist with internal and external QMS audits helping to ensure that WWT maintains required Quality certifications.
