Job Description
This Position Assist guides a CRC Document Validation Specialist (DVS) through their role in Phase 2 (Damage Intake and Eligibility Analysis) and Phase 3 (Scoping and Costing). Document Validation Specialists assist JFO Program Delivery Managers (PDMGs) who provide direct customer service to assigned Applicants throughout the Public Assistance (PA) grant delivery process. This role is integral to ensuring Applicant-provided source documentation is validated and complete in support of project development and claimed costs.
- Review Applicant-provided information and project source documentation.
- Develop DDD, SOW, and Costs.
- Identify potential project formulation or eligibility issues and notifies CP Lane Lead who reviews prior to submitting to the PDMG.
- Identifies any Insurance, Mitigation or EHP considerations and notifying the CP Lane Lead who coordinates responses with the - -- - Program Compliance Manager (PCM).
