Responsibilities:
- Achieve customer satisfaction by consistently prepping documents at a rate of 1200 pages/hour or higher.
- Meet deadlines by working in a high-pressure environment at fast pace, while maintaining quality and error-free work.
- Achieve time productive statistics by meeting standards established by the facility.
- Maintain document prep performance (pull staples, clips, rubber bands, fix bent corners, insert project barcodes). Working knowledge of barcode usage, reassembly needs (if required).
- Extract mail from envelopes that have been slit open and prep the contents for scanning.
- Complete paperwork in a timely accurate and legible manner.
- Communicate problems effectively promptly to the manager.
- Prevent prep and reassembly errors by maintaining an organized workstation.
- Achieve customer satisfaction, performing error-free prep per customer specifications, utilizing required barcodes.
