Document Scanner / Processor

We are a consulting firm that is rapidly growing, and we are currently hiring and training detail-oriented, motivated team players to staff multiple projects. We need locals for a big statewide project in Ohio and potentially other projects nationwide for anyone with the ability to travel.

This is a high-energy, fast-paced job that requires speed, accuracy, and sharp attention to detail. We have documents that must be inspected, logged, scanned, and filed. This is typically done during the night at a secure location (Night Owls apply!). Each project might have different guidelines that must be followed with utmost care. Often the work is for long hours and long weeks.

Attention to detail is crucial. TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED! Must be Organized and Meticulous.

Must meet the following criteria:

• Must be a U.S. citizen and at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Must have current auto insurance.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be honest, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.
• If not local, must be able to travel for sometimes months away from home and share living quarters.
• Must be devoted to working in a team environment.
• Must be comfortable with technology and able to accurately record data.
• Must have superb organizational skills.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Processors must exhibit professionalism when communicating with other staff members, clients, and associates, and at all times.
