Long Term, Temp-to-Hire Position.
Mail Processing Duties:
- Work in a line production environment processing and organizing document, with performing some Data Entry
- Follow detailed instructions to organize, and process high volume, error free data on a consistent basis
- Enters and verifies alphanumeric data from a variety of sources, including paper-based, and electronic, into a computer database
- Working quickly and efficiently to complete repetitive tasks
Data Entry Duties:
1. Responsible for managing information by entering and verifying alphanumeric data, quickly and precisely. The ideal candidate is computer literate, able to focus for long periods of time, works well under pressure and performs job duties at a quick pace.
2. Enters and verifies alphanumeric data from a variety of sources, including paper-based, and electronic, into a computer database.
3. Handles complex functions or transactions, including priority accounts or transactions that require error-free work.
Requirements:
- Must complete and pass a Data Entry Assessment test. Must score at least 6000 key strokes per hour to qualify
- No phones or electronic devices are allowed on the production floor.
- You must provide two forms of Identification: Birth Certificate OR Passport, as well as a Driver's License OR State ID. No Social Security Cards are accepted!
- The client will be conducting a very THOROUGH Background Check as well as a Credit History Check
- Credit History check will consist of viewing any Delinquencies (Looking at bad patterns, i.e. multiple cell phone plans, cable bills etc. not paid)
Shifts:
Mon to Fri - 7am to 3:30pm
Mon to Fri - 3:30pm to 12am
Sun to Thu - 10:30pm to 7am
