Document Imaging Specialist
Summary___________________________________________________________
The Document Imaging Specialist performs all production related tasks associated with the Document Imaging process. The primary functions include actions to prep, scan, index, and monitor quality control of all imaged documents. This position operates in a team environment with shared responsibilities on a quality focused, fast-paced production line.
Qualifications_______________________________________________________
- Listening and verbal communication skills for effective team interaction
- Commitment to quality, accuracy, and speed in all acts of the production process
- Positive attitude supporting a healthy and motivated team environment
- Basic computer and typing skills (prefer minimum of 20-30 wpm)
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and speed
- Ability to stand or sit for sustained periods of time
- Ability to lift 35 pounds
- Flexibility in schedule and commitment to schedule adherence
- Skills to accurately track and log productions statistics
- Flexibility to perform other general tasks as directed by management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
