SalaryHello! We are a friendly small, doctor-owned office looking for someone to join our tight-knit team! We do Internal Medicine, Allergy Testing, and Aesthetics!
Must haves: a friendly smile, reliability, ability to multitask, and commitment to teamwork. Experience working in a medical office is a plus but not required--we are willing to train!
The responsibilities of the front desk position include: checking in and out patients, collecting copays and balances, verifying insurance, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, and scanning and faxing paperwork. You would be one of two people working the busy front desk.
The clinic office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with an hour lunch. Punctuality is very important.
