"Live your best life" as a Chiropractor for the Well Health Centers franchise. We have 15 locations (13 locations in Mid-TN) and are currently interviewing for one of our locations for the position of lead Chiropractor.

- Competitive Pay. Base salary starting at $80-100k (based on experience) w/ team bonuses and Profit Sharing up to 20%. Our best doctors earn between $10-14k per month.

Key Roles of a Lead Doctor:
- Key Holder: We ask our doctors to be the first ones in and the last ones out most days. You are the leader and inspiration of the clinic. Our office hours are typically less than 30 hours a week - which leaves plenty of time for paperwork, preparation, training and community relations.
- Problem Solver. Sometimes things go unexpected and when they do you look for solutions and positive outcomes.
- Great Communicator. The patients need to understand what we have and how it can solve their problems. The staff may have questions and need help. Communication is one of the greatest strengths of our best doctors!
- Master technician. It should go without saying but being a world class doctor is high on our list. We train weekly and our leader/CEO has some of the best hands and brain combo you'll find. We must have a highly trained doctor with experience and understanding of Chiropractic at our clinics.
- Top Producer. We are a competitive and winning group and our lead doctors like to lead the stats. Our teams are rewarded for hard work and it's not always about the collections. We measure reviews, new patients, cleanliness of the clinic, and more. However, to go far in our careers we find that the best DR's have a strong bend to win!
