Job Description
The Harbor Support Team Member is responsible for:
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment on the dock for the members and their guests
- Assist captains with prepping yacht prior to outings
- Assist captains with turnover and cleaning of yachts in between outing
- Inventory and stock all dock boxes and/or storage units
- Maintaining cabin inventory on board the yachts
- Tracking of provisions inventory
- Communication with Purchasing Coordinator regarding inventory needs
- Assist captains with catering delivery and/or picking up provisions from outside vendors
- Vendor communication & coordination with direction from the Concierge team
- Pickup and drop off of towels and blankets to dry cleaner
- Assist with overall cleanliness of the yachts
- Reports daily to Harbor Coordinator
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Team Player
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds
- Strong organization skills
