Position Overview and Responsibilities
We are a rapidly growing company with an immediate opening for a DME Managerin the East Central, Indiana area. We are seeking candidates with proven leadership experience as well as excellent customer service and communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for performing all tasks and communication related to the intake of patient information and the service of durable medical equipment with patients/clients, co-workers, referral sources in association with patient services and third party reimbursement. Tasks may include but not be limited to communicating with insurance companies for insurance verification, claim follow up and resolution, creating/maintaining patient files, data entry, reviewing diagnosis coding and obtaining and posting payments. You will also have responsibilities for hiring, coaching, and developing staff.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record
- 1+years exp. with durable medical equipment, insurance review and prior authorizations
- 1+years exp. leading a team (hiring, coaching, developing)
Preferred Qualifications
- Brightree software exp.
Skills and Competencies
- Maintain confidentiality, discretion and caution when handling patient information
- Work both autonomously and be a team player as required
- Self-starter, organized, multi-tasker, detail-oriented
- Effective oral and written communication
- Time management, problem-solving ability
- Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
Hours of operation are M-F 8am-5pm with occasional Saturdays as needed.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
