Divisional Sales Specialist
We are looking for a candidate who loves to take on new challenges who is a proven Senior Living Sales producer. We want someone who is adept at 'making things happen' troubleshooting and working with other sales directors and our regional sales team - coaching supporting and working with communities for one of our ownership groups. We are looking for that maverick personality driven by being rewarded for your results.
This position will require travel and a flexible schedule to provide the support needed. As our Divisional Sales Specialist, you’ll partner with executive directors and regional sales & marketing directors to improve occupancy at our communities. You will act as a hands-on person traveling DSM when it is needed to grow occupancy, with a focus on tours and managing leads in our CRM as well as managing the overall database. This position will involve travel Monday – Friday.
Job Requirements
Must love working with seniors!- 2+ solid years of CRM database experience
- A sales professional who can take a cold lead and turn into a sale
- 2+ years of experience at a senior living community or part of a senior living sales support team
- Independent mindset, self-directed and looking to grow a department
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- A flexible, energetic people person, capable of managing diverse personalities and projecting kindness and professionalism in all work-related situations
- Willingness to travel for the position
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (or equivalent experience) preferred
