Job Title: Division Vice President

Description: Lead projects and execute strategies focused on leadership, efficient supply chain, and ensure exceptional service to our customers at a highly customer focused business. Member of the Leadership team responsible for developing and implementing the strategy. Regular interaction with customers to identify needs and support implementation plans. Ensure continuous improvement projects are identified, and then lead the implementation. Improve supply chain capabilities such as people, processes, and tools. Ensure a holistic end to end approach is taken to achieve optimization of process improvements to enhance performance. Seek and identify product requirements, competitor information and other knowledge essential for strategic efforts. Anticipate and identify integrated supply chain management processes and methods for responsive, robust, and balanced demand-supply performance. Improve and implement network strategies that enable the business to deliver high service levels to customers to support increased sales. Continuously improve cost effectiveness while ensuring adherence to all quality, safety, and social responsibility requirements. Collaborate with peers to establish best practices, alignment, and accomplishment of overall Company goals. Ensure a safe working environment for all employees including strict adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations including Department of Transportation regulations. Other projects or duties as assigned. Hybrid Schedule: 2 days in office, 3 days at home. 70% domestic and international travel. Supervise 4 employees.
Requirements: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field, plus 8 years of management experience in the distribution or Food Service industry. Additionally, the applicant must have professional experience with: 1) In supply chain operations and profit responsibility. 2) Leading in an international matrix organization. 3) Managing in a cross-functional and cross-cultural environments. 4) Building sustainable and lean organizations.
