Job Summary and Qualifications
Based in Charleston, SC, HCA Healthcare’s South Atlantic Division includes 12 hospitals, 13 freestanding ERs and more than 250 outpatient care sites located in nine communities across SC, GA and Jacksonville, FL. We are seeking a Assistant Vice President of Service Line Strategy & Planning to work with our Division leadership and hospital executives to develop dynamic multi-year strategies that grow our strategic Service Lines to better serve the needs of our communities. Exceptional candidates will have experience analyzing market opportunity to develop and drive successful growth strategies. Strategies will be broad-reaching to address physician alignment, new technologies, capacity building, payer strategies, access points and network retention. Candidates will have strong analytics, presentation and persuasion skills. In this role, you will mine and leverage competitive intelligence, market share, volume and earnings data to help develop and drive successful business plans. Strong relationships with physicians and leaders across our Corporate, Division, Hospital, Outpatient and Service Line teams will be essential to your success.
What qualifications you will need:· MBA or master’s degree in healthcare administration or related or business field required.

· 7+ years progressively responsible experience in business health care industry to include demonstrated success in leveraging data insights to identify opportunities and drive strategy required
· Service line leadership experience is highly desired but not required
