JOB SUMMARY:
Act as a subject matter expert, thought leader and champion for our commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Partner with employee-led Business Resource Groups (BRGs), and other cross functional partners to develop and implement diversity and inclusion action plans. This is a HYBRID role and will require the ability to work out of the Dallas Corporate Office.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Design, develop and implement diversity and inclusion solutions that align with overall D&I strategy
  • Partner with other HR functions/departments to ensure that processes are in place to maintain the appropriate data necessary for EEOC and Diversity reporting
  • Partner with Learning and Performance Improvement teams to integrate diversity and inclusion into current curriculum
  • Monitor strategies to evaluate impact and potential ROI of all program and initiatives; develop reports on program effectiveness and make recommendations for program enhancement and improvement
  • Assist with diversity analytics, including benchmarking, tracking metrics, analyzing and generating diversity reporting
  • Proactively recommend strategies to enhance the achievement of additional D&I initiatives

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Required: Bachelor's Degree with focus on Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field. DEI Certification from accredited institution is preferred.
Required or Acceptable Job-Related Experience: Proven experience in developing and executing large scale, corporate-wide initiatives. Proven experience in developing and executing Change Management strategies.
Years of Job-Related Experience Required: 2- 5 years in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, or similar Human Resources experience. 2 years effective leadership or project management experience.
Technical/Other Skills Required: Strong computer / PC skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent skills in leading multiple projects and initiatives. Strong facilitation, presentation, written/verbal communication skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams. Bilingual/Spanish strongly preferred.
