District Sales Manager - Vital Wireless - AT&T Authorized Retailer

Vital Wireless is an Authorized Retailer for AT&T.

We are actively hiring for a District Sales Manager.

We are looking for result-driven Manager to be responsible for managing functions essential to drive sales productivity. These include sales process optimization, sales training, recruiting, employee development, and creating valid action plans. We have competitive compensation with a base plus commission bonus with no cap.

Responsibilities

• Represent our Company and the AT&T brand with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
• Cooperate with your fellow RSCs to achieve a team approach to sales and customer service.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by driving company initiatives through your sales team.
• Follow proper procedures to make sure that retail operations are being used correctly.
• Maintain ownership of inventory and make sure your team is following proper procedures.
• Works with store personnel to achievve sales goals by motivating and coaching those who are struggling.
• Identifies opportunities for sales process improvement while staying updated with the changes of the business.
• Build a plan to develop future market leadership.
• Successfully manages, trains, and develops their team of Store Managers.
• Maintains staffing levels appropriate to each location by hiring, training, and completing performance evaluations.

Skills

• Ability to work retail hours such as evenings and weekends

Must be able to pass background checks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
