Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a motivated and empowered team
- Maintain and enhance clinical quality
- Support district's business performance in conjunction with operations leadership
- Guide the office Medical Directors to deliver exceptional quality, access, and service to patients
- Develop and oversee essential operational aspects such as workflow, resources, and performance
- Create and implement strategies for market growth
- Collaborate with other Medical Directors, departments, and local partners to drive innovation and enhancements
- Work with the recruitment team to interview, hire, and onboard new providers
- Foster a positive work environment at One Medical
Employment Type:
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week

- Exhibit exemplary patient care and mentorship abilities
- Demonstrate leadership qualities and experience in coaching
- Possess strong clinical and communication skills
- Show interest in utilizing technology for top-notch primary care

- Prior experience in managing and leading clinical teams
- Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
- Washington State licensure

This position is based in Seattle, Washington.
The salary range for this role is $281, ,000 annually for a full-time schedule. Final compensation determination may vary based on factors like experience and patient care load.
