Seeking a Hospitality ServicesDistrict Manager in Itta Bena, Mississippi. This key role involves overseeing the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of service to client accounts within the institutional sector.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree; 5 to 10 years of related experience and training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, or governmental regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines, promoting their consistent application within the district.
• Audit activities to ensure conformance with company, government, and accrediting agency standards, regulations, and food handling codes.
• Ensure adherence to company-sponsored retailing and purchasing programs.
• Develop and monitor a realistic and accurate district budget and forecasts.
• Review and monitor district operations weekly and monthly to ensure accurate financial performance.
