District Accountant / State Reporting

MHPS is seeking applicants for the (anticipated) position of District Accountant / State Reporting, eSchool System Administrator, SIS Cycle Coordinator
For the 2023-24 school year
Salary Schedule: J-7
Length of Contract: 247 days
Job Description & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
This position is responsible for Cycles 2-7 for State Reporting; eSchool Trainer and Primary Contact; eSchool Security Resource Manager; Cognos Trainer and Primary Contact; Student GPS (EdFi) Account Manager; Triand Account Manager; Civil Rights State Reporting; Active Directory Account Manager; Data Entry; Enter/Post Receipts (eFinance); Monitor/Check Student Attendance (daily); Build/Run Error Reports; Enter, Update and Maintain Monthly Enrollment Reports; Responsible for entering required data for Standards for Accredidation; this position is required to attend multiple trainings each year as well as train and work closely with district administrators, counselors and secretaries; other duties as assigned.
