We are seeking a take charge self-starter to work in the warehouse and help in all operational aspects of a local tile distribution company. We are the branch office of Fitzgerald Tile, a family-owned Tile Distribution company in Portland, ME and look forward to finding the right person to welcome to our small team!
The full-time position will be working in the warehouse independently, pulling tile orders, loading customers, receiving trucks, and general warehouse maintenance (cleaning, counting, etc). Because we are a small operation, we work as a team and help each other out as needed. The ideal candidate will also cover the customer service desk occasionally and answer phones as needed.
Job duties for Warehouse Associate include:
- Ability to safely and accurately pick and staged orders
- Lift 50-75 lbs
- Forklift driving experience
- Work well in a team environment and also independently
- Detail-oriented
- Load and offload trucks
- Comfortable using a computer and learning our companies software
- Positive attitude and general customer service skills
- Learn about company product lines and the tile industry

Pay is $19-21 per hour based on experience.
The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm – This schedule includes at least 2.5 hours of overtime paid at time and a half. Weekly pay.
