Workflow Management: Understand the selection/shipping/receiving process workflow and lead the team to execute department goals.
Communication: Provide clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to meet individual customer requirements.
Policy and Procedure Knowledge: Have a working knowledge of all distribution policies, procedures, and warehouse management systems to resolve selection, shipping, receiving, and inventory issues.
Project Leadership: Lead teams to maintain the accuracy of inventory, receiving, and shipping.
Order Management: Manage customer orders and coordinate same-store shipments. Arrange customer pickup schedules.
Professional Interaction: Always interact with employees professionally and provide counseling for superior performance or disciplinary issues.
Safety Compliance: Ensure safety requirements are followed, providing a safe working environment for all team members.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate distribution associates, safely ensuring their ability to operate material handling equipment through a servant leadership mentality.
Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task and delegate responsibilities as needed.

Maintain good housekeeping conditions.
Follow selection, shipping, and receiving progress, apparent job difficulties where practical, and report all abnormal situations.
Education/Experience/Skills:
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Oracle ERP.
Basic algebra math skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Willingness to lead others through a servant leadership mentality.
Ability to multi-task and delegate.
Desire to empower others.
Equipment: Personal computer, RF computer, eye protection, and safety shoes.
Job Location/Environment: This role is primarily in the Distribution Center and involves managing warehouse operations and staff. The environment may include exposure to various equipment and materials typical of a distribution center setting.
