Job Description
As a Distribution Sales Specialist at WPS, you will use your abilities, experience, and cheerful outlook to deliver exceptional service to our distribution partners. You will be responsible for for assisting with orders, account questions, billing, order entry, shipment tracking and order cancellations. You will also provide distribution account support to the Key Account Manager as required and analyze sales history in order to maximize revenue from the Distribution Sales channel, with an emphasis on growing international Distribution Sales. You will act as their partner in achieving the best possible customer service from them to their customer in their re-selling of WPS products.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Receives, processes, and verifies the accuracy of orders from distribution partners utilizing the NS mainframe system
- Provides timely and accurate information to incoming distribution order status and product knowledge requests
- Processes distribution orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
- Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or distribution concerns and emails
- Provides A+ Customer Service to all WPS distributor inquiries
- Provides administrative support to the Key Account Manager for new distribution application requests and distribution meetings / notes.
- Collates and sends marketing materials and pricing updates / requests for our distribution partners
- Analyses monthly sales reports to target potential areas for revenue growth
Positions Requirements:
- 3+ years of Customer Service phone experience, ideally with wholesale accounts, including international customers
- Excellent phone skills. Speaks clearly, slowly and is a good listener
- Highly organized with a strong diligence and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work quickly with thoroughness and efficiency
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to adapt and respond to the unique needs of different customers
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Outlook
- Bilingual a plus, but not required

- This individual must be a responsible person and regular attendance is required.
Hours: This is a non-exempt position from Monday through Friday. Work hours begin and end between 7:30am and 4:00pm with a half-hour break for lunch and two rest breaks. This full-time position requires eight hours of work per day and occasional paid overtime may be necessary per business needs.
