- Provide Sales support and assist the Distribution Sales team in achieving their growth targets by providing product feature training, product positioning guidance, and general distribution partner support.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and serve as a point of contact for distribution partner inquiries and issues.
- Provide distribution representatives with product information, quotes, and solutions to their end customer needs.
- Follow up with end users, distributors and distribution representatives to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
- Coordinate and communicate between sales, warehouse, and logistics departments to ensure distribution delivery metrics and needs are met.
- Prepare regular field travel reports addressing distributor feedback, product performance, end customer input, and competitive intelligence, as requested.
- Assist in researching new market opportunities and customer needs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Assist in substantially growing the revenues of Diagnostic and Pharmaceutical products & services to current and potential distributors within the segment.
- Gain share from competitors by highlighting the value chain proposition and by differentiating the company’s products and services as long-term partnerships opportunities with partners.
- Using Salesforce, document the creation of opportunities, follow up on tasks, and overall plan the success of sales targets by managing a robust funnel of opportunities.
- Develop new accounts by identifying potential distribution partners and creating a sales plan which focuses on understanding the needs of distribution partners and developing that need into an opportunity for Multisorb.
- Prepare price estimates by studying all related customer documents, consulting with engineers, marketing, finance, and other functions.
- Gain end customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating product benefits which create value for the customer.
- Collaborate with Product Development Engineers to coordinate samples, prototypes, and trial production runs.
- Increase the speed and thoroughness of the opportunity qualification process and deliverables to the distribution partner and end customer.
- Develop close contact with the distributor and end customer for better dialogue and success.
- Give preliminary advice and alternative suggestions to align customer and distributor specifications with Multisorb capabilities.
- Establish a recurring revenue model with key customers
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals within assigned segments under his/her responsibility.
- Assist in the direct annual sales forecasting and annual sales budget for assigned territory and establish specific action plans to attain agreed upon targets.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or relevant experience preferred
- 3-5 years of minimum of proven sales experience, preferred in the Healthcare and packaging industry
- Knowledge of Healthcare distributors, customers and applications highly desired
- Solid experience in working with national and regional Healthcare distributors
- Experience with CRM – Salesforce.com a plus
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Strong communication and writing skills required.
- Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proven track record of successfully increasing revenue at level substantially above market growth levels.
