Maintain a firm understanding of the ETF marketplace/ecosystem, with a strategic overlay that accounts for both our own distribution structure/approach, and unique product set and value proposition. Identify opportunities to guide ETF revenue results through automated and lifecycle marketing campaigns, content development and product positioning. Create strategic marketing and communication plans, and complete in collaboration with our dedicated Agile team. Promote proactive collaboration with marketing leadership, distribution and investment management partners, and other support departments to ensure accuracy, effectiveness and on-time delivery of marketing projects. You will report to the Distribution Marketing Senior Director.

 

What you do:

 

Create, execute, and manage marketing projects that support ETF sales momentum, including:

 

  • Identify market opportunities, target segments, channels, and important touch points for marketing activity.
  • Recommend marketing projects, solutions and plans of action that increase sales results.
  • Manage projects on time and within budget.
  • Ensure accurate measurement and reporting of marketing initiative and campaign results.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing positioning and marketing content.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, competitive activities and programs.

 

Manage projects:

 

  • Provide product/distribution expertise and marketing direction for communications, content, positioning, and promotions.
  • Manage the development process of marketing projects with creative services and other marketing partners.
  • Maintain communication and collaboration on projects.
  • You will help with special projects.

 

Manage relationships:

 

  • Guide communication with marketing, distribution and all functional areas to proactively promote and gain understanding on marketing programs.
  • Build strong relationships with peers in marketing, distribution and other business partners.
  • Collaborate with Allianz Investment Management, distribution and training in the launch of Allianz ETF product offerings
  • Appropriately influence decisions to reflect the desired direction for marketing projects.

 

What you bring:

  • 6-7 years of experience required in financial services and/or investment management industry, with a minimum of 3 years in marketing in or adjacent to the ETF/mutual funds marketplace
  • Experience in digital marketing and media planning very helpful
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Series 7 helpful
  • CFP, CIMA, CFA or other industry designations helpful

 

What we offer:

Salary range DOE 76,000 - 128,000
