3rd ShiftDistribution Lead
Friday - Monday 7:30PM - 6:00AM overtime as needed
Our only Distribution Center is seeking a dynamic individual to contribute directly to our renowned distribution strategies, manage daily distribution operations, and play a vital role in our overall performance. A key component of our success, has been the people that work in our Stores, Distribution Center and Corporate office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team, and work in conjunction with several departments.
Job Duties
- Provides direction and leadership regarding assignments and personnel in the assigned area.
- Provides training, coaching, and support to department personnel.
- Effectively communicates with all areas to ensure effective and accurate operational flow of merchandise.
- Maintains and enforces a safe work environment, ensuring all associates understand and follow standard operating procedures and safe work practices.
- Creates and maintains accurate reports in order to identify areas of opportunity.
- Performs all tasks completely, accurately, and timely without compromising quality of work.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively and in a positive manner.
- Ability to quickly read, learn, and understand standard operating and safety procedures.
- Ability to make reasonable decisions and count accurately.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Ability to work overtime including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Experience
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
