SHIFT: 6am - 4:30pm / Monday - Thursday (Schedule subject to change during peak season)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Helps maintain safety and security in Distribution Center.
  • Performs order planning as back up as necessary.
  • Performs administrative tasks for shipping office and receiving office.
  • Coordinates, recognizes and resolve discrepancies pertaining to the distribution center.
  • Must be able to multiple functions to support the distribution center including order pick, stocking, and material handling.
  • Data entry provide tracking and trace updates on truckload shipments.
  • Assist and coordinate documents from carriers.
  • Assists and provides coverage throughout departments as needed.
  • Performs non-equipment duties as necessary in the Distribution Center
  • Support the outbound dock process.
  • Support the guard shack check in and out procedures and process.
  • Additional duties may be assigned at the discretion of Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2+ years of administrative experience.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and written to all levels of employees.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook.
  • Ability to work with multiple employees and train in a positive manner.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, including creating formulas.
  • Ability to work with and have experience with confidential information.
  • Preferred Associates Degree or equivalent distribution and warehouse experience.

  • Regular attendance is an expectation of performance to ensure adequate staffing and meet expected productivity throughout the organization, employees will be held accountable for adhering to their workplace schedule
