The Operations Supervisor serves as the front-line connection between business success and customer experience through enabling top associate performance and operational results. Casts a positive shadow as a leader; by consistently demonstrating and advocating our values.

Hours for this role can vary based on shift starts however typically 5, 530 or 6am start and finished by 1,130, 2pm during the M-F work week 5 8's and overtime as needed. This position supports our retail fulfillment Distribution Center in Reynoldsburg
Coaches and Develops for Success 50%

• Deliberate presence on distribution floor to build operational awareness and associate relationships

• Recognizes associates direct feedback and recognition programs

• Coaches associates to maximize performance using established coaching methods, focusing on behaviors and results that drive learning and performance

Successfully Drives Objectives 20%

• Manages and drives business objectives; develops and executes plans to achieve results, remains agile to adapt to change.

• Monitors Warehouse Management (WM) system and associated outputs; handles related issues

• Proactively monitors, communicates and reacts to departmental changes/issues

• Identifies opportunities for innovation
