Position Summary:
The Operations Manager will have responsibilities for leading the daily operation of a function within our distribution Center. Serves as the connection between business success and customer experience; through leading and teaching teams, executing business objectives, managing change, and living the culture. Casts a positive shadow as a leader; by consistently demonstrating and advocating our values.
Schedule:AM Flex - Responsibility for Department on All Shifts, will require flexible schedule to accommodate touch points with all teams including PM coverage and Weekend scheduled days. This not a traditional AM schedule role and person will need to be able to flex to support the business and their direct reports

Maximum Salary: $112,665.00
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Qualifications:
- Three to five years of leadership experience in a high volume, automated, customer focused distribution/productions environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, or equivalent experience and professional development in Engineering, Logistics or Business-related discipline. Graduate degree preferred.
- Experience in leading multiple departments with a minimum of 3-5 direct reports and 150-300 indirect reports.
- Proven track record assessing and developing talent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional judgment and strategic thinking skills; ability to see beyond the obvious. Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills.
- Organizational and strong prioritization skills
