FCP Euro is hiring Distribution Center Associates for our new eCommerce fulfillment/DISTRIBUTION CENTER at 7132 East Seaver Ave in Mesa, AZ. This position is responsible for daily core Distribution Center functions, including picking and packing orders using electronic devices and semi-automated or manual stations, auditing orders at the point of pack, processing labels for shipments, and sorting and receiving daily deliveries.

Job Summary

FCP Euro is looking to hire associates for our temperature-controlled distribution and fulfillment center in Mesa, AZ. Distribution Associate duties include:

• Core Distribution Center functions, including picking and packing orders using electronic devices and semi-automated or manual stations, auditing orders at the point of pack, processing labels for shipments, and sorting and receiving daily deliveries.
• Ensuring all inventory locations are appropriately stocked daily and other inventory-related processes including but not limited to cycle counts, zone maintenance, inventory transferring, fielding and reconciling errors, and all daily replenishment and overstock needs.
• Receiving and dispositioning customer and vendor returns, reconditioning, and restocking new inventory.

Qualifications and Skills

Ability to handle stock accurately and efficiently, including picking customer orders using electronic or paper methods.

• Desire to work in a fast-paced physical job; ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time and must be able to lift 60 lbs.
• Must be able to complete company-provided PIT training and operate typical powered warehouse equipment.
• Can demonstrate a track record of reliability and punctuality with a team-focused positive attitude.
• Has a flexible schedule to meet business demands.
• Prior distribution, order selection, pack and ship experience a plus
• Automotive knowledge/experience a plus
• Proficiency with Google Suite and MS Office a plus

Shifts

• Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
• Tuesday to Friday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
• Friday to Sunday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm

Pay

• $18.50/hr and up, depending on prior experience
• Quarterly Bonus Opportunity of $750
