ABOUT THE ROLE:
Bluevine is looking for a Dispute Chargeback Analyst who will be responsible for handling client debit card, credit card, and non-card disputes. We are looking for someone with a wide range of dispute knowledge who can review and implement procedures, training and act as a subject matter expert for all things related to the Dispute Process.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Serve as an expert for dispute related questions
- Work closely with the vendor to ensure timely accurate handling of disputes
- Monitor disputes for potential abuse, taking action as needed
- Write clear documentation on current process
- Filing Credit Card Chargebacks, working this process through resolution
- Handling ACH disputes and other non-card disputes
- Other tasks as assigned by manager
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
- 2+ years of experience with Visa or Mastercard Chargeback dispute process, with exposure to fraud operations, consumer/business lending, personal banking, ACH, bank wires or similar preferred
- Passion for delivering a great customer experience; customer service focused
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal with strong telephone skills)
- Understanding of bank regulations and Nacha rules
- Strong problem solving skills
- Impeccable judgement and acute attention to detail
- Proven track record of high-performance
- Work with external parties with confidence and kindness
- Present ideas for improving or implementing processes
- Independent decision making skills; within the context of the business
- Be able to guide and train team members

New Hire Base Salary Range: $44,600-$53,500
