Dispensary Sales Associate

Job Overview:
SHMVCKED is a cannabis dispensary located in Midtown, New York. We are the premier dispensary for cannabis product in NYC, with locations in Queens, Long Island City, the Bronx, and Chealsea. We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Dispensary Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and assisting customers with their technical needs. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our sales team.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product explanations and explain features and benefits
- Assist customers with troubleshooting products and assist with customer retention
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and inventory
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service/sales is preferred

- Knowledge of cannabis varieties, products, & brands is desirable
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of cannabis varieties, products, & brands is desirable
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.90 per hour
