Retail Associate

Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product recommendations and information to customers based on their preferences and needs
- Educate customers on the different strains, effects, and uses of marijuana products
- Accurately handle cash transactions and operate the point of sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Restock inventory and ensure products are properly labeled and displayed
- Follow all state regulations and company policies regarding the sale of marijuana products
- Assist with product demos and promotions as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience as a budtender or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Strong knowledge of different marijuana strains, products, and consumption methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Familiarity with POS systems and technology sales
