Job Description:

  • Answer all incoming alarm signals through software system according to procedure of urgency
  • Make high volume outbound calls to premise to the proper contacts and notify law enforcement if necessary
  • Log information in internal system and ensure alarm systems are reset properly
  • Prioritize urgency level of incoming alarms and automated notifications

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
