Scheduling: This position can be scheduled anytime during Galaxy 1 Marketing, Inc. office hours of 6am to 530pm Sunday through Saturday with 8 hour work days.
Salary Range - $31,200-$37,440 ($15-$18/hr) depending on experience
Summary Answer calls and emails from technicians, DISH Network and customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Answer phones and respond to customer requests including but not limited to: basic troubleshooting, programming or other general questions; answering questions about tech time of arrival; customer complaints/ issues with technician visit.
- Answer phones and respond to technician requests including but not limited to: driving directions; work order details; taking statuses and non-complete notes.
- Outbound calls to technicians, customers, and managers as necessary to get statuses, resolve escalations or for any number of other reasons as dictated by the business needs.
- Keep up with calls, emails, excel grids, etc.
Job Requirements:
· Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions and emails.
· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations.
· Basic knowledge of computers using Microsoft operating systems.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
· Ability to multi-task quickly and efficiently.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
