Dispatch Coordinator/Sales Development Representative: Big Blue Trucking in Warren, Ohio is seeking a candidate who has a strong understanding of the logistics/transportation industry.

In this role, you will be central in both maintaining and expanding customer relationships in order to drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing new customers, sustaining current customers, and scheduling drivers to those customers' locations. (Weekly travel required.)

In your dispatch coordinator role, you will assist with scheduling drivers to customer locations. You must be able to execute a daily schedule when necessary and also communicate and problem-solve with drivers as necessary. Ability to monitor and understand another dispatcher's load plan/schedule required. (After-hours phone and email communication also required.)

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers while maintaining strong relationships with drivers is top priority. A team player who strives to assist others and the company to succeed will thrive here.

Candidate must have transportation dispatch/scheduling experience and strong computer skills. (Excel, Word)
