Job Description 
A dispatcher who’s self-motivated, well organized, and stress resistant. The Dispatcher will be responsible for managing customer orders by dispatching order tickets to warehouse associates, planning delivery and pickup routes for drivers, and providing general support to customers. The candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.   

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

1. Plan and dispatch customer’s orders to warehouse associates to be fulfilled in a timely manner. 

1. Plan, create, and schedule efficient delivery/pickup routes for drivers and ensure that the work is accomplished in a timely manner 

1. Manage work schedules for warehouse associates and manage workloads during busy and slow times. 

1. Provide administrative support to drivers and ensure that they are compliant with company procedures and policies. 

1. Answer phone calls and provide support for customers. 

1. Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor. 

Requirements and Qualifications: 

1. Ability to multi-task, work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 

1. Ability to speak English, bilingual is encouraged (Spanish and Chinese).   

1. Lead by example and contribute to team effort by coaching, monitoring, and appraising job results.   

1. Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. 

1. Strong professionalism, organizational and planning skills. 

1. Strong communication skills. 

1. Experience in the industry is not necessary but preferred. 

1. High school diploma required.
