Job Description: Dispatcher Back Office Admin
The Dispatcher/Admin role will be responsible for the following:
· Daily efficient dispatching of crews to jobs within the market area.
· Back-office communication with customers construction managers, project managers and construction supervisors in support of field operations.
· Dispatchers should have experience in data entry.
· The ability to communicate clearly and cordially with customers in digital correspondence.
· Attention to detail is a must.
· Microsoft office is preferred.
· Provide administrative support to the team, scheduling meetings.
· Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
· Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical
· Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance.
· Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person.
· Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed.
· Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
· Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Must pass drug screen
· Must pass background check
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Physical Requirements:
- Vision: adequate to enter and read material on computer screens. Able to identify individuals to initiate greetings, the giving of directions and other business interactions.
- Hearing: Able to hear safety alerts and warning signals.
- Speaking: Able to engage in conversations in person and via electronic means and deliver information to groups of varying size with or without amplification.
- Carrying: able to occasionally carry up to 20lbs/9kg.
- Walking: Able to walk through the shop and other outside elements
