What will you be doing:
Coordinates and oversees the work of the Delivery Technicians in their daily routes with guidance from the direct lead/manager or regional manager. Other responsibilities include:

• Coordinates delivery, pick up and maintenance of all types of home medical equipment and medical supplies following company policy.
• Pulls equipment needed for deliveries and notifies purchasing if inventory is getting low.
• To accurately monitor the warehouse; shipping, receiving, and stocking of inventory to meet the needs of all branches and customers.
• Fills in for Delivery Technicians if necessary during the business and on-call.
• Gather any needed customer or insurance information as required.
• Makes sure delivery vehicles are organized and maintained according to company policy.
• Makes sure the on-call process is followed by delivery technicians per protocols.

What is required:

• Valid Driver's License
• Driving record that is cleared by our insurance company.
• Able to pass background checks as it pertains to the position
• MUST be able to work flexible hours and on-call on a rotational basis as needed
• Able to lift and maneuver equipment that may weigh up to 100 lbs occasionally
