Dispatch Postion - SW area - $17 per hour- Wednesday through Sunday

Key Performance Activities include but are not limited to...

1. Utilize WinTeam Post Watch to monitor clock ins from all sites.

2. Call officers not clocked in to identify any coverage lapses.

3. Utilize WinTeam to search for officers available to work when necessary to staff call offs

4. Notify field coach on duty of any staffing issues

5. Notify account manager of any “dark” (non-covered) sites

6. Use the “Officer Satisfaction Check” form in lighthouse to document every call. The form will walk you through all the questions.

Required must have skills:

• Critical thinking
• Good computer skills
• Great communication skills
• Overnight experience
• 3 years security experience

Preferred

• Winteam experience
• Supervision experience
• Dispatch experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
