The Role: As our Dispatch/Receptionist, you'll be the warm and friendly first point of contact for our customers. Your daily tasks will vary from answering incoming customer calls and requests with professionalism, patience and grace - to providing enthusiastic, front-line, exceptional customer service while efficiently scheduling customers for various energy programs across the state. You'll also be responsible for managing and coordinating multiple team schedules, suggesting upsell services that benefit customers and amiably offering helpful solutions when needed. Additionally, you'll be setting up home estimate visits - ensuring that all job leads are tracked and followed up on, and monitoring customer reviews and satisfaction surveys to help us continuously improve our services. In between customer calls, you'll also handle a variety of administrative tasks such as sorting mail and assisting with other office duties.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls with a friendly demeanor.
- Provide exceptional front-line customer service.
- Efficiently schedule customers for programs across the state.
- Manage schedules for multiple teams.
- Attempt upsells and coordinate home estimate visits.
- Track and follow up on job leads.
- Monitor customer reviews and satisfaction surveys.
- Handle administrative tasks, including mail sorting.
- Utilize a computer for gmail, scheduling and google spreadsheet software
Qualifications:
- Experience with google office systems and a quick learner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, bubbly personality.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and excel at time management
- Positive, patient communication style with a solution-driven mindset.
- Detail-oriented with experience coordinating schedules and utilizing spreadsheets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
