Stock kitchen and café with clean dishes and pots & pans.
Perform job duties consisting of washing dishes utilizing a Hobart dish machine, pots & pans, silverware, trays, carts, and other kitchen tools in a sanitary fashion.
Maintain cleanliness, meet sanitation requirements, and keep work areas organized
Ability to push carts throughout hospital. Transport trash and recycling to appropriate receptacles.
Flexible to participate in a variety of kitchen duties
