Role: Assists Executive Chef/Dietary Manager and Cook by washing dishes, utensils, pots, glassware, and other kitchen items. Performs a variety of kitchen cleaning activities.
Responsibilities:
- Operates kitchen equipment and machinery that includes dishwasher to wash dishes, utensils, pots, glassware, and other kitchen items.
- Assist in the storage of food and kitchen items.
- Perform a variety of kitchen cleaning activities.
- Practice proper sanitation and compliance to all Health Department regulations pertaining to food service.
Requirements:
- A High School Diploma, preferred.
- Knowledge of dishwashing and cleaning techniques, food service equipment.
