- Assembling, operating, maintaining and breaking down the dish machine.
- Trash removal to dumpster area.
- Washing work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls and floors.
- Assists in prep work and plate up when needed.
- Follows all safety procedures for operating and cleaning machinery.
- Performs other appropriate duties assigned by the kitchen manager.
- Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach.
- Push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds.
- Continuous repetitive motions.
- Work in hot, humid and noisy environment.
This position has a wage range of $11.00 to $13.00 per hour and may increase after the first 30, 60, or 90 days of well-executed service.
