1620 Winery Company started right here in Plymouth, MA. Founded in 2014, we have spent our time perfecting our wines with up to 30 different varieties. We have two locations, the Winery as our central location and large-scale venue, along with our cocktail bar on the waterfront.

SIP @ The 1620 is a tapas-style tasting restaurant on the waterfront. Recently renovated to an elevated lounge area with creative cocktails and great food!

Position

We are seeking a busser/dishwasher going into the busy season for Sip @ 1620 Wine Bar!

This is a part-time position, Friday through Sunday. We are looking for someone that can help plate when needed, but mostly to bus and wash dishes. This is a trainable position, and perfect for someone only looking for a few days a week, (can get more hours weekly if requested).

Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
-Clear tables of glassware, flatware, and dishes as needed
- Maintain work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
-Restocking supplies throughout the restaurant
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed
- Support the staff with various tasks

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Must have reliable transportation
-Must have Friday-Sunday availability

Pay: $17.49 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
