Dishwasher/Busser

Duties:
- Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and dining areas
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in a clean and orderly condition
- Sweep and mop floors, remove trash, and ensure cleanliness of the dining area
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- Help with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests

Experience:
- Previous experience in a hotel, catering, or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with banquet operations is beneficial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Skills:
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and cleaning techniques
- Basic understanding of bussing procedures and table setup
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects
