```Duties:```
- Clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Wash pots, pans, and other cooking equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience working in a restaurant, food service, catering, or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
