- Wash all china, glass, silverware, pots and pans, plates, bowels; ensure cookware is clear of debris prior to washing.
- Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, mixers, etc.
- Store equipment in proper locations.
- Sweep, scrub, and mop all floors in the kitchen.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Transport food and equipment throughout the restaurant, as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively listen and take direction.
Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
