POSITION SUMMARY

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Be 18 years of age
2. Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the area.
3. Be able to lift 50 pounds.
4. Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a cash register or POS system.
5. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
6. Must have excellent guest service skills with professional appearance and outstanding communication skills.
7. High School Diploma or equivalent.
8. Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable
- Must be able to communicate effectively with team members
- Learn about all chemicals used in the building and ability to learn to use them properly
- Ability to work around various levels of temperature, including warm to very warm temperatures in the kitchen
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team work environment

- The dishwasher is responsible for providing a safe & sanitized area for our staff
- They are responsible for washing, sanitizing & storing equipment properly such as plateware, drinkware, utensils, chaffing dishes & cooking equipment.
- They keep the dish room clean & organized
- Experience operating an industrial dishwasher
- Empty & clean all trash receptacles
- Provide assistance to prep cook & other kitchen staff as needed, especially during peak times, including basic prep
- Clean up spills or broken glassware immediately
- Perform all side work duties in a timely & efficient manner.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and/or walk for up to eight hours at a time; use hands to finger, wrists, arms, or feel and talk or hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be working in typical conditions of a tasting room to include hard flooring with uneven ground. May occasionally be exposed to wet floors. On the grounds, may encounter walking on grass, dirt, debris, uneven ground, vineyards, etc.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
